Key points of our Terms & Conditions:

We facilitate the processing and booking of certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation.
Upon confirming a reservation, you agree to make a non-refundable and non-transferable payment to FrontDesk Master Booking Engine in addition to any booking fees in effect at the time of booking. You will be responsible to pay the Travel Services Provider (e.g. hostel) concerned for the balance which will be due on arrival at your accommodation. Full details will be advised to you during the booking process.
Any cancellations must be made directly with the Travel Services Provider (e.g. hostel) in accordance with their cancellation policy (detailed in booking conditions in each booking form) and as advised to you during booking. Non-arrival may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and applicable cancellation charges may be applied. Should a member of your party not travel, the “non-refundable” payment made to FrontDesk Master Booking Engine by that person is not transferable to another member of your party.
Payments made to FrontDesk Master Booking Engine are non-refundable & non-transferrable in the event of you cancelling or amending a booking.
Every effort is made to ensure that the Travel Services Provider (e.g. hostel) process your booking correctly, though in the unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability is limited to the payment made to FrontDesk Master Booking Engine only.
Your contract is with the Travel Services Provider, not FrontDesk Master Booking Engine . It is the Travel Services Provider’s responsibility to provide you with the travel services.
I. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine Terms and Conditions:
We act as agent only in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any accommodation or any other service that you book or for the acts or omissions of any Travel Services Provider or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with the Travel Services Provider (‘Travel Services Provider’). For all bookings your contract will be with the Travel Services Provider of the accommodation or other service concerned. The Travel Services Provider s’ booking conditions will apply to your contract as well as any terms and conditions of any other booking intermediary. These terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the Travel Services Provider s liability to you. In making a booking, you are deemed to agree to all these conditions. Copies of these terms and conditions are available from us on request.

References to “you” and “your” in these Booking Conditions mean all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We” “us” and “our” mean HostelSystem.com Ltd.
English Law will apply to our agreement and to any dispute or claim which arises between us out of it. Any such dispute or claim must be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so.
No liability
You should note that FrontDesk Master Booking Engine does not warrant that the information published on the Travel Serviced Provider website will be error free and in using Travel Services Provider website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies, mistranslations or typographical errors. All bookings for travel services are made with the Travel Services Provider concerned and not with FrontDesk Master Booking Engine. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine only facilitates the making of reservations with the Travel Services Provider. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine is not a party to the contract between you and the Travel Services Provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly. Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the Travel Services Provider’s booking conditions and that they are acceptable to you. NEITHER FrontDesk Master Booking Engine NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR THE MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, EVEN IF FrontDesk Master Booking Engine HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. While FrontDesk Master Booking Engine makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the travel services listed are of reasonable standard the listing of any travel services in the Travel Services Provider website is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from FrontDesk Master Booking Engine or a representation that the travel services will be suitable for the user’s purpose. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine shall in no way be liable to you in the event that the travel services are not suitable for your purpose.
No liability in credit card or debit card transactions
FrontDesk Master Booking Engine makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, FrontDesk Master Booking Engine shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.

FrontDesk Master Booking Engine makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, FrontDesk Master Booking Engine shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have
Age and responsibility
You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website by you and those using your log-in information.
Prices
We endeavor to ensure that all the information and prices on our website are accurate; however occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold arrangements at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed arrangements.
Payment
The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services made by you through this website.
On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable prepayment (being a fixed percentage — USUALLY 10% or 15% — of the total value of your reservation) together with a flat booking fee (USUALLY GBP$1,6 per reservation). You will be responsible to the Travel Services Provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the Travel Services Provider and, where applicable, payment of the Travel Services Provider’s service charges and taxes pursuant to the booking conditions of trade applied by such Travel Services Provider. You must pay balance of the cost in local currency of the Travel Services Provider. You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in date, you authorize the Travel Services Provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you such amount as may be set out in the Travel Services Provider’s BOOKING CONDITIONS. Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the Travel Services Provider directly. In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the Travel Services Provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the Travel Services Provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.
When a reservation is confirmed FrontDesk Master Booking Engine will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the Travel Services Provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the Travel Services Provider. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine strongly recommends you check and confirm with the Travel Services Provider the precise booking conditions upon which the Travel Services Provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellations: FrontDesk Master Booking Engine does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the Travel Services Provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
Your contract for the supply of accommodation is with the Travel Services Provider and its booking conditions apply. As agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the accommodation. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We will not be responsible:
a. where the accommodation cannot be provided or cannot be provided as described due to circumstances beyond ours or the applicable Travel Services Provider ’s control;
b. where you incur any loss or damage that relates to any business activity; or which could not have been foreseen at the time you made your booking in the light of the information you gave to us at the time of booking;
c. for any information about the accommodation that we pass on to you in good faith;
Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide (as opposed to any service provided by any Travel Services Provider for whom we are not responsible) is limited to the cost of prepayment made for your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
II. Terms of Service for Travel Services Providers
By posting FrontDesk Master’s Booking Engine software on a Travel Services Provider website you understand and agree to the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine Full Terms and Conditions and the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine Privacy Policy.
The FrontDesk Master Booking Engine is licensed together with the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine Software according to the terms and conditions of the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine Software License Agreement, which you must read and agree to in order to have the right to install and/or use a FrontDesk Master Booking Engine software product, which is necessary to post and operate the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine on any Travel Services Provider website.
Posting the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine on the Travel Services Provider website requires the link provided by FrontDesk Master Booking Engine. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine must be informed about any and all websites the link is posted on. The Travel Services Provider is not allowed to post the Booking Engine link in any interactive areas that contains vulgar, profane, abusive or hateful language, epithets or slurs, text or illustrations in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature, or expressions of bigotry, racism, discrimination or hate, as well as in any interactive areas that violate the rights of FrontDesk Master Booking Engine or any third party, nor material that violates law, regulation or ordinance, or attempts to encourage such an evasion or violation. The Travel Services Provider is not allowed to display in the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine defamatory, threatening, disparaging, deceptive, fraudulent material or information or material that violates the privacy rights of any third party, is harmful or offensive to any individual or community, contains any actionable statement, or tends to mislead or reflect unfairly on any other person, business or entity, or that discriminates on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law. The Travel Services Provider is not allowed to display material that advertises, promotes or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose.
The Travel Services Provider is obligated to complete and maintain valid Booking Conditions, which will be displayed to the customers during the reservation process. Booking Conditions must contain information about the Cancellation policy of the booking and other essential information about the conditions of the service provided to the customer. The Travel Services Provider takes full responsibility for the Booking Conditions enclosed in the Booking Engine.
FrontDesk Master Booking Engine disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material about the Travel Services Provider displayed in the Booking Engine or for the area the Booking Engine is posted. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from accessing of any information or material and for any reservation made with the Booking Engine.
FrontDesk Master Booking Engine provides all services on an “AS IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine and its licensors expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. FrontDesk Master Booking Engine and its licensors disclaim any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of any materials, information, products and services provided.
FrontDesk Master Booking Engine collects information about the Travel Services Provider and its customers and may request and store personal information on its servers. You agree that FrontDesk Master Booking Engine may use this information according to this privacy statement and the terms and conditions.
FrontDesk Master Booking Engine and the Travel Services Provider have the right to cancel, disable, delete, or remove the Booking Engine link at any time and for any reason with no obligation to provide previous notice. The Travel Services Provider has no right to claim any refund or compensation for cancellation, setup fee or other amounts collected when processing bookings with the FrontDesk Master Booking Engine software.
III. Complaints
If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us straight away in writing and in any event within 28 days of the end of any arrangements booked through us. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not so notified. Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide (as opposed to any service provided by any accommodation owner for whom we are not responsible) is limited to the payment made to FrontDesk Master Booking Engine in relation to the booking in question. We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury which arises as a result of our negligence or that our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
